The NCAA Selection Committee released its current Top 16 seeds as of the start of play today. The NCAA sneak peak Top 16 released today is basically the AP Top 16, but with Texas (#20) in, and Houston (#14 in AP) out.
The “next 3” are Houston and Bama (#25) and Ohio State (#18).
The next top AP teams not mentioned are SC at #17 and Michigan State #19.
Sparty has already lost at home today to Illinois; Texas just went down to Texas Tech at home; and Bama just lost at Rupp.
If SC can take care of business against Wazzu, it will be looking at a 4/5 seed.
