    Nova a bit too much down the stretch. Bouknight still doesn’t quite have his legs back.

      I went back to see what he did in our game. He was the leading scorer with 18 I believe. That was a winnable game and I believe USC wins if it was today.

        With the way we have been playing, we definitely win that today.

        Neither Nova nor UCONN played well today. UCONN was dependent on a crippled Bouknight for offense in the first half who basically went cold in the second half and they got outpaced.

        Gellispie was the only player that played genuinely well (one dude from UCONN had good game too, think he played forward), but he couldn't do to Evan or Isaiah what he was doing to UCONN'S guards.

        All in all, if UCONN got hot from the 3 at the end instead of 'Nova, that's a 12 pt differential (switch 2 of Gellispie's 3's) and they take the game. I think Nova can play better, they had decent Defense, and UCONN can play better with Bouknight at full strength - but I'm personally not scared of either of them...
