  • More scary news, the DOJ subpoenas Nike EYBL.

This directly affects our show company and this seems to be broadening to other shoe companies. Maybe more scary for Oregon and Arizona, but does this filter to football?? Holy Moly!

Good, I hope it spreads like wildfire. Leave the NCAA with two choices: Suspend half the power 5 basketball teams and have a shit tournament or wake up and realize that they really need to address the amateurism rules. The NCAA makes millions every year on their tournament while it's criminal for a kid to take money from a shoe company prior to leaving school.

Great point. It is going to be tough to put the toothpaste back in this tube.

1000% agree!! It is time to just clean out the closet in both sports... this was inevitable. USC has plenty to offer without improper benefits. A level playing field benefits us in the long run.

EYBL is by far the biggest grassroots organization. All started when the FBI raided the ASM Sports office which is where NBA super Agent Andy Miller operates from. He's represented multiple Louisville and Kentucky players in the past. That said, if Kentucky comes away unscathed in all of this with their involvement with WWW then I give up.
