  • Interesting Read on Tony Bland and the FBI probe

The article states that the incoming freshman was 17 in August and all of the 15 players on the roster were 18 or older in August.
The case has thrown a shadow over USC’s upcoming season and highly regarded recruiting class.

Sort of makes me wonder if the guy in question might have been Brooks. I'm probably reading into things that aren't there, but he's the only commit who bailed, and he almost transferred to Westchester, which is Tony Bland country.

Usher and Vic were born in March/May 1998 and well past 18

Chuckie was born March 1999 so he's well past 18

    something doesn't add up

Brooks makes a lot of sense to me, too. Especially since he has dropped the Trojans and re-opened his recruiting. He's already 18 going into his senior year? No wonder he's dominating other high school players.

but wouldn't incoming freshmen mean Chuckie, Usher or Victor or incoming freshmen means next year's freshmen?

I think Chuck and Usher have been eliminated by previous statements. Victor is not a big enough name
