I believe he actually had it down to USC and UCLA before his UCLA visit, with a plan to announce shortly after the UCLA visit. If this were football, we would say that he was just giving UCLA the courtesy visit. Not saying it's like that, but I don't know that the fact that he just visited UCLA necessarily means it's them.
